Rods (in use) must not be left unattended AT ANY TIME.
No nuts of any kind.
No swimming or wading, if you are snagged, ask us for help, we will get the boat & free you.
Please do not cut back any vegetation, we are always here, and should we deem it necessary, we will do it.
NO FIRES OR STOVES, we are in the middle of farming country, open fires are illegal between May & October.
Please do not climb on, or over fences, we have sanglier (wild boar) in the woods, they do not make good companions.

RESERVATIONS
As soon as we receive your completed booking form with your deposit, conformation will be sent to you showing the dates, deposit paid, balance owing and when the balance is due. When booking sole use of the lake, a deposit of £250.00 is required.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The balance of payment must be made at least eight weeks before the date of your holiday. If full payment is not received eight weeks prior to your arrival date, Golden Oak Lake reserve the right to cancel your booking: payments may not be refunded and a cancellation fee incurred.
I; cancellation 8 weeks or more before date of holiday- deposit only.
II; cancellation less than 8 weeks before the date of holiday- full cost of holiday.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of £50.00 per person must be included in the balance of payment. Damage and breakages are the responsibility of the group organiser, and will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Your Security Deposit will be returned to you within 10 days of the completion of your holiday.
ACCOMMODATION
The group organiser is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to make a service charge of £50.00 if this condition is not respected.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your confirmed booking, it will only be accepted in writing, signed by the GROUP ORGANISER.
INSURANCE & TRAVEL
You are strongly advised to arrange travel insurance, including medical costs, personal belongings, public liability, etc Under EU. law, you are required to carry a stamped E111 form. (Available from the Post Office)
PERSONAL RISK
Fishing is carried out entirely at your own risk and the owners accept no responsibility for any accidents or damage that might occur while on the property.
CHILDREN
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be held liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following; Strikes, Political Unrest, Riots, Port Closures, War or Threat of, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical/ Weather problems to Transportation, Acts of God, or any other event(s) beyond our control.
JURISDICTION
Signature on the booking form constitutes acceptance of a contract on these terms subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
CHANGES
If any changes to the confirmed booking are required, we will try to be flexible wherever possible.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
All travel arrangements are your responsibility. We accept no responsibility for delays or cancellations, or any irregularities in your documents.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to terminate your vacation if you are in any way causing a disturbance or harm to any other anglers, other people, grounds, lake or property. You will not be liable to a refund! Compensation and you may incur costs for any damage carried out.
